Just starting with the NXT?

We highy suggest using the Introduction to Programming LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 to learn how to program the LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 robots. There is also the NXT Video Trainer used to learn how to program the NXT using the LEGO Programming Language, also known as NXT-G.

Want to get started with VEX Robotics Hardware?

VEX Robotics systems come in two different choices. You have the VEX IQ, which is geared more for Middle Schoolers, and you have the VEX CORTEX which is much more advanced and both can be programmed using the ROBOTC programming language.

Want to learn a C-based Programming language? Use ROBOTC

ROBOTC is the premiere programming language for the NXT and VEX Robotics platforms.
